We returned to this dealership for the purchase of our 7th vehicle we have purchased from Vann York Toyota. We have had many great experiences purchasing a vehicle from here. They just feel like family. When you walk in the door, you're greeted on a first name basis and you know that this is a dealership that you can send all of your friends and family to. I wished to trade in an older vehicle and move up to a newer model. Charles showed me how to purchase a new car, at a great price, and pay off my existing loan at the same time. I am very happy with my new Camry and the low interest rate financing.

Charles utilize every skill possible to help accommodate the needs that I was looking for . He also never stop working with us, even though we stayed in the dealership for 8 hrs. straight. He was very understanding and he also cam with a few laughs to make the experience enjoyable. My husband and myself enjoyed the visit.

I bought a 2012 Sienna XLE from this dealer after previosly owning a 2006 Odyssey and 2008 CR-V from their neighboring Vann York Honda simply because Honda couldn't beat out the redesigned Sienna. Having worked with Vann York before, I had no doubts this third purchased was going to be good. Vann York has been around a long time and their professionalism, honesty and high work quality shows well in all aspects. I had already done some homework on the Sienna, so it was only a matter of getting a fair price with the options I wanted to which Vann York proved could be done with little to no problem. Sultan worked with me on this purchase, talking me through the details of the vehicle and the final price which ultimately worked out great. Customer service is clearly priority because they will go out of their way to offer drinks, a play area for children and even a lounge with a large flat screen TV if you have to wait a bit. They will answer your questions and explain things well so you understand the whole process. Not many "local" dealers can stand up to that. 2 thumbs up Vann York!

I have bought 5 new cars in my life so far. They have all been Toyota vehicles and 3 of those have been from Van York Toyota. I lived in a different state when I bought the first 2 vehicles. I chose to buy from Vann York Toyota because they know how to listen to their customers. An effective sales team works together to help consumers make the right decision on a new vehicle while at the same time making customers feel like they have done the transaction wisely. The sale does not end when the customer walks out the door after signing their name multiple times. The client wants to feel like they made the right choice the day after or a week after the transaction occurred. Vann York Toyota does this very well. They have got it down. Charles Martin and Fred Cook worked together to discover my automobile needs while Mike Stokes, Jerome Sam and Marvin Richardson worked together to reach my value requests. They are truly a great team that cares about their customers and strives to reach out and make each person a repeating patron.

Sean and Marvin went out of their way to help us when we drove an hour to purchase a car that we were told had been delivered to the dealership that day and it had not. They understood the importance of our time and the expense of driving to their dealership. They went out of their way to help us and they were both very profesional and courteous.

Terrence and the entire Vann York Toyota team were extremely helpful, efficient, and friendly during the entire process. I had hoped to purchase a brand new Tacoma with little inconvenience and they far exceeded my expectations. I would gladly recommend Terrance and Vann York to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I was looking for a Tacoma. I had already gone to Rice and had a tentative deal with them. I came to Vann York to see if they had a similar truck at a better price. They worked one up that was great. But, I felt obligated to go back to Rice because I have bought vehicles from them and always been treated well. When I checked back with Rice to let them know I was going to get the truck at Vann York, they offered me as good a deal as I had been offered at Vann York on another truck I had looked at there. I am buying the truck at Rice for basically the fact that I live 5 minutes from them and they have treatd me well in the past. I would still recommend Vann York as they were very professional and friendly.
