Everyone was very helpful in finding me the car I wanted in the price range I could afford. I’ve been servicing my car at Toyota of Braintree for many years, but after what I’ve experienced recently, I honestly don’t trust this place anymore. A couple of months ago, my car suddenly wouldn’t many years, but after what I’ve experienced recently, I honestly don’t trust this place anymore. A couple of months ago, my car suddenly wouldn’t start in a Walmart parking lot. I had it towed straight to Toyota of Braintree, since they’ve always done my service. They had to jump-start the car just to bring it into the shop — but after checking it, they told me everything was fine. The paperwork even said the battery “passed.” That didn’t sit right with me, but I took the car back. Good thing I trusted my gut. My husband and I immediately brought the car to a small local shop, and they tested the battery and said it was failing and needed to be replaced. We replaced it there, and the car has been perfectly fine ever since. So Toyota completely missed a bad battery — something that had already left me stranded once. Fast forward to today: I went in for an oil change. They recommended a few things, including replacing my key fob battery. I declined because my husband can do it. When they brought my car out, suddenly the dashboard says “Key Not Detected.” I went back inside, and an advisor told me it was because my key fob battery was weak. So I went to the Parts Department to replace it. The staff there tested my key battery with a machine — and showed me it was totally fine. Not weak at all. No issues. When I went back to ask the advisor what was really going on, I didn’t get any real answers. All they said was that if I wanted to find out what’s wrong with the key, I’d have to pay $175 for diagnostics. No thanks. At this point, I don’t believe they would actually figure it out anyway. So in just two visits: • They missed a failing car battery that another shop found instantly • They recommended a key fob battery that wasn’t even bad • I got conflicting information from different departments This is honestly ridiculous. I have all the paperwork and receipts to prove everything. I’ve been loyal to this dealership for years, but the quality and honesty of the service have gone downhill. I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be bringing my car back here anymore. More

What a wonderful experience we had at Tufankjian Toyota in Braintree. We looked at a 2025 RAV4 hybrid and Corolla Cross and did so on a few different occasions and each time it was a “no pressure” and “How in Braintree. We learned a great deal and ended up with a great deal. Enormous thanks to Kevin, Idalia, Eric, Sunny, Carlos, Kyle, the folks we were introduced to in service and financing, and the owner Charles. They made car shopping fun, enjoyable and eminently easy. In the process we found the reason behind this experience that will cause us to buy our next car there as well, each person we met asked what we needed and led with empathy and understanding. No wonder they are the number 1 dealership in the area. More

I've had five experiences with this Service Dept after, regrettably now, having purchhased a new Toyota from them just last year. All of the Service Reps are rude and argumentative about any issues that mi regrettably now, having purchhased a new Toyota from them just last year. All of the Service Reps are rude and argumentative about any issues that might fall under warranty, denying that you have a problem despite you pointing right at it. You have to stand your ground to get problems addressed but I will never return here after they acknowledged a defect I pointed out but said they won't fix it because the defect is known across other years of the same model??? xxx!?! Don't give Toyota of Braintree ANY business unless you want a headache! More
