A terrible experience, today August 10, my husband went to leave his vehicle for maintenance and I asked him to help me park my vehicle because we are going to travel in my vehicle after leaving his at the to leave his vehicle for maintenance and I asked him to help me park my vehicle because we are going to travel in my vehicle after leaving his at the dealer. While he was trying to park the car, an employee Matt Bukowski suddenly came out, approached him and began to yell, insult, humiliate, make bad racist and discriminatory comments, what rude people they hire. Without a doubt I will talk to my lawyer to advise us and sue this employee for mistreatment, we are honest and hardworking people who know our rights and we are going to take legal action. We don't deserve this. More

Honestly, If I could give a Zero Rating I would. A TOYOTA DEALERSHIP TO AVOID: I have been in the market for a new vehicle. This business model has changed due to a Global Pandemic, Chip Shortage A TOYOTA DEALERSHIP TO AVOID: I have been in the market for a new vehicle. This business model has changed due to a Global Pandemic, Chip Shortages, and The Dog Died. Whatever. Now, dealers are requiring customers to put a deposit down on a vehicle, and pay thousands of dollars over MSRP just for the privilege of doing business with them. I use all the car sites to get information and call when I see something worth calling about. I Called Jerry's Toyota in Nottingham, MD because they were advertising a new hybrid almost $6k below anyone in the US. I was pretty excited about that, sent an e-mail of introduction and said I was ready to buy. Subsequently, I called the dealership to inquire and was met by the rudest Sales Manager, who basically said. "That vehicle price is for in-state buyers ONLY! If you don't like it, go buy from your state. If you want to buy from us, we will raise the price by $6000, or you can buy from your state. Before I could get a word in, I heard a click, and the call was done. I found the dealership on Car Guru. Car Guru, sent me an e-mail and asked for a Dealer Rating. I of course gave a 1-star rating which is bad enough, but another manager reached out to me and doubled down on the poor service and actually put the blame on me because I had the audacity to call them from out of state. All I want to do is buy a new vehicle at a fair price. There are some really good salespeople in the auto industry, but Jerry's Toyota is not one of them. More

GREAT EXPERIENCE from beginning to end! I could not have been happier with my car buying experience at Jerry's Toyota. It had been 12 years since I had purchased a car and I was nervous. I could not have been happier with my car buying experience at Jerry's Toyota. It had been 12 years since I had purchased a car and I was nervous. The first person I met was Matt Bukowski. He put me at ease right away! My salesperson, Verlyn Barnes, was very knowledgeable, kind, very patient and professional. There was no pressure and he treated me as if I was the most important person in the dealership. When I told him how much I appreciated his demeanor, he said, "It's how we treat people here." I guess that makes him humble too! Verlyn worked hard to find me the car I wanted. When I went in to speak with the financing agent, he treated me equally as nice. I don't normally write reviews but felt I should based on my exceptional experience. You won't be sorry if you choose Jerry's Toyota to purchase your next vehicle. They were able to find me the exact car I wanted even in this tough market. I love my new RAV4 and I loved my experience with Jerry's Toyota. I will be back for my next car purchase for sure! More

Service department is HORRIBLE is an understatement. Every time you go with an appointment to wait for vehicle it takes forever for simple things!! Made an appointment to have my car serviced for an express service(advertised as service that won't slow you down of website HAHA) and was told it would be 2.5 at least wait.What is the point of an appointment if you still have to wait that long! They claimed it was because of CDC guidelines that only so many appointments - but that is false because CDC has no limit on number of people waiting!! You get told one none truth after another on why takes so long. Only dealership in which you make an appointment and say you need to wait for vehicles and still have to wait forever and shuttle service is no available because yo live too far away. General Manager, Matt r was uncaring and full of excuses. NEVER will I purchase a vehicle or use their service department again- you wait for everything and get nothing but excuses in return More
