1st Subaru I had a great experience at McLaughlin's. I was interested in looking at Subaru's as they have great reviews for safety and longevity. Everyone there I had a great experience at McLaughlin's. I was interested in looking at Subaru's as they have great reviews for safety and longevity. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. I test drove the Forester and the Outback and Matt, my salesman, explained all of the features on them. I ended up purchasing a Forester and am very happy with it. Feels like I just became part of a new family, a Subaru owner! More

First time leasing Love my Outbacks! This is the second time I have dealt with McLaughlin Subaru but the first time I have leased. I will definitely go back! McLaughlin Love my Outbacks! The staff did an excellent job talking pros and cons of leasing with me. I worked mostly with Matt Campbell. He was awesome. Relaxed and patient and took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions. More

New Subaru Owner I purchased my first Subaru (a 2017 Impreza) from McLaughlin Subaru. I appreciate the time that Matt and Dan spent finding the model/color that I wan I purchased my first Subaru (a 2017 Impreza) from McLaughlin Subaru. I appreciate the time that Matt and Dan spent finding the model/color that I wanted with the features that I also wanted. Matt took the time to explain all of the features that my new car has (My previous car was a Honda and the car before that a Toyota and I've never had someone take the time to make sure I really know how to use everything that's on the car). The safety features and AWD were what made me interested in the Impreza. More

I had a few email conversations with Matt and when I came in, he was just as friendly as he led on to be. Lots of patients and will to make me feel comfortable talking with him. There was no push to buy anything, which was my favorite part of this place. I will be coming back to this dealership, no doubt. More

Subaru Purchase To start with, I do not like to shop. Recently purchased a Subaru Outback from McLaughlin Motors. From the moment I entered the dealership I was gre To start with, I do not like to shop. Recently purchased a Subaru Outback from McLaughlin Motors. From the moment I entered the dealership I was greeted by Matt Campbell with a friendly relaxed manner as he inquired as to what I was looking for. (for what I was looking.?) I had heard about the Lane Departure warning but was amazed at all the other safety features that are available. Needless to say, the enhanced qualities of the car require a lot of complexity, as confirmed by the thickness of the Owner’s Manuals. Matt patiently ( I am in my eighties) explained the operations of the many features. He also made it clear that he will be available for any questions I may have in the future. A happy Outback owner. More
