This dealership used to be a joy to visit. I have been dealing with this place for the past 2 years because of a Transmission overheating light on my vehicle. I left raving reviews for the pre I have been dealing with this place for the past 2 years because of a Transmission overheating light on my vehicle. I left raving reviews for the previous staff. The first time it came on they told me I needed a new motor. They kept my truck for 8 months. That was $21k out of pocket. Motor replaced. 2 weeks later light came on again. Same light. Transmission overheating. Now they tell me I need a new transfer case. $8k. Kept my truck 3 months. Transfer case replaced. 3 weeks later light came on again. Transmission overheating. Brought it in, they said nothing was wrong. Next week truck shut down in traffic. Transmission overheating. Towed the truck in. Kept it for 5 months. Now I need a new transmission. Transmission replaced done. 2 DAYS LATER LIGHT BACK ON. Transmission overheating. I just cried. When I called the new service manager, Matt and asked him What does he recommend I do at this point he said ‘oh uh, I don’t know. I guess you can bring it in and we can check it out’ Not I’m sorry that this happened to you and I will do my best to make sure this problem is resolved. Nothing. Instead he made me feel like I did something wrong. He spoke to me as if I was stupid. To the point where I refuse to ever ask him another question or deal with him period. I left messages for Mike Rase, who is the owner, who never called me back. A manager Nate called and tried to help but my life is hectic and I couldn’t get my truck in when he wanted me to so he got upset with me as well. The old manager, Craig Connely and Erin? Would never treat me like this. Letting them go was a huge, huge mistake. I went from loving this place, even tho they had my truck for over a year and a half , to not ever wanting to go back. Especially with the new service Manager Matt, who is clueless. I’m scared to bring my truck here again which is why I called the owner to see if maybe I could bring it to another service center but that didn’t do any good either. So I guess I’m SOL. More
