Subject: Direct Request to the Owner – Completely Unacceptable Experience with My 2025 Wagoneer Mr. [Owner’s], I am writing to you directly because I have completely lost trust in your dealersh Unacceptable Experience with My 2025 Wagoneer Mr. [Owner’s], I am writing to you directly because I have completely lost trust in your dealership’s management. My experience has been so bad, so exhausting, and so frustrating that only you can provide a real solution at this point. I purchased a 2025 Wagoneer brand new, 0 miles, and I never got to enjoy it. Within the first week it was already having issues, and since then the vehicle has spent TWO MONTHS in your service department. Two months, and I have been without a car, unable to use what I paid for. During that time, your team has replaced the transmission, accelerator pedal, throttle body, computer… and the vehicle is still not fixed. From the outside, it looks like they are guessing. No clear repair, no solid explanation, no confident diagnosis. And the most disappointing part was the recent conversation I had: I was told that I “wasn’t going to like the offer” because now the vehicle is considered “used.” With all due respect: Used by who? Because I have never been able to use this vehicle, not even for a single day. All I have done is continue paying for a car that has been in your service department since the beginning. This is not a simple inconvenience. It has been a complete lack of responsibility, a lack of professionalism, and honestly, a lack of respect toward me as a customer. This is why I am contacting you directly. I need you personally to review my case and provide a fair solution that reflects the damage, frustration, and time lost over a unit that was defective from day one and that I never had the chance to enjoy. What I expect is simple: a serious, direct, and fair resolution — no excuses, no runaround, and no more wasted time. I would appreciate a direct response within the next 48 hours. Poor customer service, poor management, weak finance department that only cares if you buy all the extra nonsense. Customer care is bottom priority, I made an appointment for 2pm get there sit there department that only cares if you buy all the extra nonsense. They tell me nope sorry still waiting to be seen. Then they tell me you need to leave it, which is ok I just need a loaner to get back and forth to work. NOPE ! sorry can’t help you all out of loaners, ok how about a rental from a local place. NOPE! We don’t do that! Their response take more time off work to not be seen and the vehicle still not be fixed. Don’t buy here, don’t do service here, even if it’s your dream car just wait and find it else where. More
