My husband couldn’t be there, Matt gave my daughter and I his opinions and made me feel good about our purchase without being pushy or “salesman’ish”. Finance was a breeze once I mentioned I was in my lunch hour. The warranty gets oushed pretty hard but I get it, that’s an add on that brings in more money. Robert was kind and went about it well. When the car arrived from service, he was very enthusiastic and helpful in our assessment of the vehicle in question (02' Honda CRV mechanics special). The car was in great shape. The price was simply unbeatable, unarguable. Checking out was also well handled, appreciated the complementary snacks, and didn't feel any pressure to go beyond our needs with over selling. I was simply bowled over when I heard they were detailing the car and leaving us a full tank before we left! One of the best experiences I have ever had with a dealership. And PLEASE, let Matt keep that beard! More
