Service 7/6/18 I was greeted by Matt. He listened very well to what I was requesting, to check my back driver side light, spare tire and do check list, oil change et I was greeted by Matt. Sales Consultant who listens! I went to Gordie Boucher Nissan in Greenfield to look at a Nissan Rogue. I told the sales person Matt Longtine that I wanted to test drive the Rogue I went to Gordie Boucher Nissan in Greenfield to look at a Nissan Rogue. I told the sales person Matt Longtine that I wanted to test drive the Rogue but would not make a final decision until I also test drove a Ford Escape. While I was on the test drive Matt directed me to another Gordie Boucher dealership where I was able to test drive the Escape while in the middle of my test drive of the Nissan Rogue! What an awesome display of listening and taking care of a customer! More

My only complaint was that the jump drive provided by the Finance Department rep was empty. It was supposed to contain all of the executed sales contract and other documents. It took three days of calling to obtain the documents on another jump drive. More

Exceptional Customer Service My husband and I were looking for a midsize SUV so we went to Gordie Boucher in Greenfield and were greeted by Matthew Longtine. He simply asked us wh My husband and I were looking for a midsize SUV so we went to Gordie Boucher in Greenfield and were greeted by Matthew Longtine. He simply asked us what we were looking for in a vehicle and wasn't pushy at all. He was a great salesman to work with. We ended up leaving with a 2017 Nissan Rogue and we are very happy with our purchase. I would highly recommend working with Matthew Longtine next time you are looking for a new vehicle. He allows you to make an informed decision and will not push you into anything. Although we don't plan on buying a vehicle for a long time, we will definitely recommend Matthew Longtine to our family and friends. More
