I just purchased a 2010 Toyota Prius at this dealership. CJ, the used car manager, and Jackie Dybas, BDC manager, John Nordwall ("Johnny Utah") my salesman, Matt May, from the parts department, and Rich, CJ, the used car manager, and Jackie Dybas, BDC manager, John Nordwall ("Johnny Utah") my salesman, Matt May, from the parts department, and Rich, the manager in the service department, were ALL wonderful to work with. Jackie really went the extra mile to make certain that my after purchase experience was just as important as the actual purchase...making certain that I received the manual I was requesting, answering all of my questions, and sending me to the appropriate individuals that could help me further per my requests. It was a most cohesive and pleasant experience. These folks all worked together to make sure that I was a completely satisfied customer...which I am pleased to say - I am...thanks to all of these folks.
