I met Tony while searching on line for a Town and Country minivan. I told him exactly what I wanted and I was very specific. He found one and called me. He was very professional, respectful and not pushy at all. He was very helpful over the phone so I decided to drive an hour to look at the van. When I got there I found him to be a lovely young man who understood how to be persistent but kind and funny. His good nature continued even though I did not buy the minivan that day. He told me that when I decided to come back if he was not there, he would turn over my information to one of his colleagues. But I wanted to make sure I worked with him, so I did come back the next day to purchase the chrysler. It was a very comfortable experience and having owned and operated several businesses that dealt in sales, I would definitely hire Tony as an employee. More

Bait-and-Switch Well, I am so disappointed with this dealership, their sales tactics and the shoddy customer service at Sands. We went onto AutoTrader and found a nic Well, I am so disappointed with this dealership, their sales tactics and the shoddy customer service at Sands. We went onto AutoTrader and found a nice used vehicle that would work for our family. Our family needed a vehicle with a third row and our preference was a mid-sized crossover (we already have a minivan and I want something good with gas for my commute). So we went to Sands with vehicle in mind. We went inside and asked the sales person about the vehicle, he acted confused and said he didn't even know about the vehicle but looked it up on the computer and saw it was there. He went back to get the keys so we could test drive and when he came out he said he wasn't sure that this was the right vehicle for us (mind you he hasn't even seen this car yet, supposedly) but rather he wanted to put us into a mercury mountaineer. We test drove both vehicles. He told us because they were both new trade ins and that they would need to be inspected but whichever one we wanted would go in that evening and that if one didn't pass their inspection we could have the other. We thought about it for a little and decided that the Subaru was what we were going to go with so we let him know. He told us that the Mountaineer was going to go in to the shop today but the Subaru would be inspect first thing tomorrow morning. Really? You have someone interested in a vehicle and you don't adjust the schedule to get that one in first like you said you would (plus it was only 2pm)? Whatever, so we went home and got the phone call the next morning the Subaru passed with flying colors. We went back in and started filling paperwork for financing, got it all done and waited...and waited...and waited. Such is life with auto-financing through the dealership, I get it. The finance guy comes out and says that because the car is so old (it was a 2006) we couldn't get a loan for it but that he had bunch of sedans he could get us financing for. Sure the price would be much higher but we could extend the financing term and our monthly payment would be the same as with this older more affordable Subaru. We said no thanks and left. So they made us take two trips out to their dealership to get invested with them. They advertised a vehicle on a website then all of the sudden when we got in their that vehicle wasn't available for financing but they had more expensive cars they could finance for us. No mention of the other car (the mountaineer) that we thought was in our budget. They saw our credit would allows us to spend more so they were going to wait us out. No thanks, I'll pass on the bait-and-switch. We went to a competitor and bought a vehicle that we wanted right after we left. Fast forward to today, we just got a letter from their finance department stating that they refused to give us a loan because of the our credit. Which is it Sands? Can I afford a more expensive car or is my credit so bad that you won't finance us? Your competitor gladly took our money. Or did you send that letter because of the pressure you got from my review on social media? My advice if you are looking for a vehicle (and I will advise anyone I ever hear talking about purchasing a vehicle) stay away from Sands, you can do without the bait-and-switch tactics and the mess of a finance dept. Plus I wouldn't trust a service dept that said a vehicle passed their inspection with flying colors was obviously in such "bad shape and so old" it couldn't get financing. Go down the road, there are better places. More

I said to my husband, are you ready for this? James approached us and said "Let's go have some fun...what are you looking at?" There was no turning back from there. Because of James McBrearty, I see buying a new car in a whole new light! Please ask for James when you go into Sands Quakertown. He will go to bat for you and takes all the punches the manager & finance guys throw out there. More

The Worst Customer Service I have ever had The reason for this review is simple, they simply do not care about customers. In sales there is a process, get the customers in and follow up with TH The reason for this review is simple, they simply do not care about customers. In sales there is a process, get the customers in and follow up with THEM. Not have then trying to call you and chase you around. The car broke on a test drive on a Friday and we left it off as he would give us a call when it was fixed.....No call Saturday. Ok thinking that it was not fixed at all. No call Monday. I had to call him. He tells me "Oh yeah it was a simple fix, it was fixed that same night before they left for the day." I said why didn't you call us on Saturday then, and he says oh it was really busy in here. So I ask if it is still available and he says yes and asked if we would like to come in and I said we would be in at 630pm that night. He says great I have a delivery at 530 that would be great. In the mean time, the car is sold and gone through financing and we get NO PHONE CALL. Waste our time driving up there. I go inside and the Used Car Sales Manager Matt is there and I ask what is going on, since the guy I was working with walked away to "see something" (I guess that is his way of saying I'm with someone else) More

Went down there this morning everyone was buy it then a call from susan lines from dealership. She said we give more than a no see auto trader offer. Went down there this morning everyone was friendly drove car was interested in. Sat down appraisal of my truck 02 GMC Sonoma xtra cab 106k miles SLS 4.3 motor and they tell me its only worth 2500 this truck is a head turner I said what and she said well with the miles is hi and 2wd and by the way which you add 750 for low miles on both major sites Nada puts it at 4500 and Kbb puts it at 4800 for trade in which by the way 99% of the banks use. It was less than previous offer. They claim no hassle fair price but its the same old story with this dealership half hour ride to be wasted. More
