Matthew in the Service Department was AMAZING to work with. I went to the Chevy location and they were very rude and weren’t listening to me about what was wrong with my vehicle. When I came to Granger Gates Matt listened and made sure he got my vehicle checked out in a timely manner. ***Update*** I wrote a previous review for the sales department that was extremely detailed. I have recently spoken to the sales manager and we are working on potential solutions, but this will be stric department that was extremely detailed. Their attention to detail and service quality is excellent. They actually charged me less than my usual mechanic for the work I needed done. The McKinley location had also helped me on several occasions for little to no cost for minor issues. I would recommend their service any time. More
