We were having to unexpectedly replace a vehicle and went to York because their service department has taken such good care of us. We had the same excellent treatment in our purchase! Even as we went to our to York because their service department has taken such good care of us. We had the same excellent treatment in our purchase! Even as we went to our home with each vehicle to have our son load his very large standing bass into each vehicle until we found 1 that fit the bass and at least 3 people comfortably. York and Rodney made sure our purchase went thru smoothly as we were on a time crunch and had to return 2 days alter to finalize the purchase. I was able to arrive after work to everything being ready for me to sign. It went very smoothly. Rodney answered all of my insane questions and was VERY patient and kind. The whole sales department at York was very easy to work with and answered any and all questions. I would recommend York and Rodney to any of my friends and family. More

They had my van for 11 weeks. Very little communication unless I contacted them. Once they finally started working on it, it was done within a week. I realize they had to work wit Very little communication unless I contacted them. Once they finally started working on it, it was done within a week. I realize they had to work with the warranty. But during the 11 weeks I had three different people in charge of my van because people kept quitting the company. I went 4 weeks with no communication at all until I called them, and they’re like oh the warranty just got approved yesterday. Very coincidental! Overall, the customer service slow. Except when the keys to my loaner car got locked into the car. Then they were able to help me very quickly. But working on my van took forever. It would’ve been better if I had more communication from their side instead of me constantly having to contact them. More
