Service was done quickly. Matt was excellent to deal with. Was at Bannister on previous oil change as Kelowna chev was booked up for 2 weeks. Found an oil leak on D/W… turned Matt was excellent to deal with. Was at Bannister on previous oil change as Kelowna chev was booked up for 2 weeks. Found an oil leak on D/W… turned out to be loose drain plug! Only finger tight!!! Wonder if Bannister would have owned up to there error if plug would have fallen out on hwy and seize engine! More

I have always been impressed with the service centre. They are a friendly group and seem to work well as a team. Recently I needed my tire sensors reset and talked to Matt. He told me it was an easy fix They are a friendly group and seem to work well as a team. Recently I needed my tire sensors reset and talked to Matt. He told me it was an easy fix and I could stop in any time for him to reset them. I stopped there last week and he told me to drive in right away. He found out that one new sensor was faulty and asked if I wanted it replaced right then. Matt checked with the technicians in the garage area and they said they could work my vehicle into their schedule. The sensor was changed and I was on my quickly. This business seems to understand that the best advertising is their customers' 'word of mouth'. More
