I have been with Halleen Kia since 2009. One thing that I have taken pride in doing since then is making your sales experience is an easy, honest, and fair one. One thing most of us can agree on is buying a car isn't always fun or easy. And that is what I make sure you get. I love most Cleveland sports teams and take a high interest in them. I stay active in the gym still as well as on the basketball court. Going out to local restaurants and trying new foods or having a good meal and experience somewhere is also something I enjoy. I went into halleen kia with the idea of just shopping around for price. I was approached by Matt and thought Id get rid of him by telling him i was just waiting for a friend to give me a ride. Matt was very understanding and said hed be around if i needed anything. He saw me looking at alot of cars and asked me if i liked cars in general since he noticed my interest. We talked about the different cars around and different cars that have come out latly. I never once felt like it was a sales pitch or that he was trying to pressure me. So i let him know i was shopping price. He said he knew and just wanted to know when i planned on asking questions bout some of the cars on the lot. We both laughed and he answered every question i could think of very thoroughly. I was worried about getting financed and he helped walk me through what was going to happen with that before we actually got to that part. No suprises, just the straight up truth every step of the way. Most importantly no pressure to buy. Long story short i am now proud owner of a Kia Soul. Thanks Matt! More

I bought my first car in 2006 from Halleen Kia. It was an awesome car and I never had any problems with it. I was getting bored with my Rio and wanted something newer and better. Since KIA was so good t an awesome car and I never had any problems with it. I was getting bored with my Rio and wanted something newer and better. Since KIA was so good to me the first time, I decided to go back to purchase my second car. The salesman, MATT ROGALSKI was the best (not to mention cute)! He was so helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. I told him I was interested in the Forte and how much I wanted to spend every month. He showed me all of the different models and explained the different features each had to offer. I had a tough time picking out exterior and interior colors. He gave his honest opinion and was very patient with me. I couldn't decide so I told him I'd come back the next day. When I made my decision and came back Matt had everything ready (paperwork, payments (right in my budget!), and my car was in the front waiting for me). It was so quick and easy! On my way out, Matt took the time to explain all of the features to me again. He set up my Bluetooth and showed me how to work it. He answered every question I had. Matt Rogalski is the best, most knowledgeable salesman ever!! My new Forte is AWESOME and I LOVE IT!!!! :) I would recommend Halleen Kia and Matt to everyone I know! :) More

My parents purchased a New 2010 KIA Rhondo about three weeks or so ago from Matt. He was very helpful in finding them the exact car that they needed/wanted. Matt was able to find me a New 2009 KIA Rio5 in the exact color both interior and exterior as well as one with specific features I was looking for! My experience started with a phone call late on a Sunday afternoon just to get some basic information. I had called a few different dealerships and no one wants to give customer service over the phone,they afternoon just to get some basic information. I had called a few different dealerships and no one wants to give customer service over the phone,they all say "come and we'll talk", until I tried Kia. I spoke with Mandy and she was able and willing to answer all of my questions right then and there. She followed up with me as promised and made my visit to the showroom the next day a comfortable one. She introduced us to Matt our salesman and he was prepared for our visit. He already knew our price range and had cars ready for us to view. Our trade in car was 18 years old, and yes we had a few good laughs about the gadgets in the models we test drove. Matt was patient and explained everything, even helped with set up the blue tooth with us. While waiting for the car to be detailed we had a few minutes to speak with the other salesmen there, also very nice. They all made us very comfortable from the first phone call, the first foot in the door til the last step to our new car. I will refer all my friends and family to Matt, Mandy and Halleen Kia ! More
