I came in late afternoon(4pm) without an appointment but still they got me right in and out within 20 minutes. This was a due tire rotation with the many point inspection. I made an appointment for service, I showed up on time but had to wait for 30 minutes outside before anyone came to take my information. When they called to say the car would be ready in 2 hours it ended but had to wait for 30 minutes outside before anyone came to take my information.
