The over all experience was good. My salesman was friendly and very willing to help. The sales manager not so much. Never bothered to introduce himself. The time in the f and I office was quick and f friendly and very willing to help. The sales manager not so much. Never bothered to introduce himself. The time in the f and I office was quick and felt comfortable. Was not pressured. The truck was brought out from the detail area. Not pretty. Cigarette ashes all over the drivers door.. Food crumbs in the center console. No caps on any of the tire valve stems. But the tires were nice and shiny. No owners manual. No jack or tire changing tools. Kind of sad. More

Excellent experience at Wesley Chapel Toyota. It started with Jose who is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Then it was turned to Jack and he did an outstanding job. Hide behind vague and misleading words to insist your car isn't under warranty, even though it is, based on their own website page criteria. I gave them a chance to make it right about the principal of it. T isn't under warranty, even though it is, based on their own website page criteria.
