I can not say enough about our experience today at Wesley Chapel Toyota. We were in the market to purchase a new(er) car for my 17 year old daughter. I was fortunate enough to have Hugh Palmer, James Pettu Chapel Toyota. We were in the market to purchase a new(er) car for my 17 year old daughter. I was fortunate enough to have Hugh Palmer, James Pettus even the General Manager, Patrick Abad assist in the car selection and financing options. They were friendly, informative, patient and sincerely concerned to make sure we made the right decision. In fact, Hugh had a "mission" to be sure we were able to get the car my daughter loved, yet make sure it was affordable for her. We purchased a 2011 Honda Civic Coupe. Oh did I mention we drove 2 hours from Ft. Myers to visit this dealership??? Let's just say, it was more than worth the drive. Now that my daughter is ecstatically happy with her new car, I think it's my turn to visit Wesley Chapel Toyota again soon, for my new car!!!! Thank you to the moon and back, Patrick, Hugh and Jim!!!!! More

My 1st contact was with Frank Wargo known him for 5 years my son bought 2 cars what I like about Frank is he is very honest with his deal and always say what he is going to do and will call you anytime even my son bought 2 cars what I like about Frank is he is very honest with his deal and always say what he is going to do and will call you anytime even if he is not working very customer service I met John Weicherding yesterday 1st time and was blown away how nice and the time he took to go over deal and was very good showing me the car and how it worked. I bought many cars and sale men never made me feel the way John did showing how everything worked. Matt Schemkes was also very good explain everything to me and gave me all my options. Overall the dealership makes you feel like you are part of there family and no presssure More

Coming into look for a Corolla for my wife. Ray was very respectful and friendly in his dealings. When it came down to dealing both Ray and Kagan were very respectful and gave us plenty of time and space to respectful and friendly in his dealings. The service here at Wesley Chapel Toyota is outstanding. I live closer to Toyota of Tampa Bay but having received such great service, I will choose to make the extra drive to have my service done at Wesley Chapel Toyota. More

The entire process was professional, painless and high quality. People were friendly but not disingenuously so as we see at so many other dealers. Kathy came out later to introduce herself as the customer service manager. Truck was ready to roll and looked great. Really like that the car pick-up area is indoors so we were not sitting out in the heat. Never felt rushed or pressured. Would definitely work with them again even though they are 45 miles from my home. More

We found Eric Riley on-line and he promptly responded to us! He took his time with me and also when I brought my wife. While we were looking at the2013 Camry LE, my wife happened to like the 2010 XLE bett us! He took his time with me and also when I brought my wife.
