Nick was wonderful. A very genuine person who provided excellent service from start to finish. I appreciate how he allowed me to take my time with considering my options A very genuine person who provided excellent service from start to finish. I appreciate how he allowed me to take my time with considering my options and make a decision. He was not pushy and I did not feel pressured at all. Pollini was great as well and very informative. My only complaint was around some confusion with the timeframe for getting insurance on the vehicle. I think Nick may have accidentally given me the wrong information at first, but he handled it professionally and tried to clear it up. What bothered me more was when another staff member, who I had not interacted with at all during my time there, jumped into the conversation while Nick was trying to explain and apologize. I do not know this person’s name or what their role is. He did not introduce himself to me or come off very friendly. He seemed focused only on making the point that I could not leave with the vehicle until it had insurance. He kept interrupting and cutting Nick off to the point that Nick couldn't finish a sentence. Nick handled it very well and stayed professional, but I did not like the way that interaction came across or how Nick seemed to be treated in that moment. More
