I leased a Kia for m I'm very happy with my experience leasing a car from CAPE AND ISLANDS KIA. I will certainly be back to purchase another vehicle! I leased a Kia for my mother so you can imagine I wanted the best deal for her. I hardly ever leave reviews about anything but I was so impressed with the whole transaction I was compelled to. In my search for the "best" Kia deal, I looked all over Massachusetts including the South Shore and the Boston area and was so impressed with Cape & Islands Kia that I purchased from them. For two weeks I called multiple Kia dealers and searched online everywhere looking for the "best" Kia deal for Mom. I should have just walked in their showroom right from the beginning. They offered me the best deal anywhere in about 10 minutes. I bet it might have been quicker but they were very busy at the tine. I worked with several people including the general sales manager and they were all friendly, knowledgeable and in no way pushy or overbearing. They were extremely informative and transparent about car prices, dealer fees , etc .The salesman, sales manager and finance person were also extremely friendly and very pleasant to work with. Within the first 5 minutes of walking in the showroom the sales manager gave me a price that was so attractive and since I had already done my homework I could not resist. I did not even feel I had to do any haggling. That is how car buying should be. I got a good deal and I recommend this dealership to anyone. From the moment we arrived at the dealership looking for a vehicle which was about a week before we picked up the car everything was smooth and fast. In fact they even kept the car parked off to the side just for us because we said we wanted a certain black GT-Line with all the latest driver technology packages and power options and they never even asked for a deposit. Our word that we will be back was good enough for them. When we came back to pick up the car a few nights later the salesman made sure we knew how all the bells and whistles of the car functioned. He even paired up my phone for me, which was great because my mom is a technically challenged person! I leased a 2020 Kia Forte GT and the advertised deal was a better value than buying a used car over the 24 - 36 month lease term. I figured out my 2020 Kia Forte GT-Line is a better value than buying anything used and its a BRAND NEW CAR! It is a loaded up sporty car with all the latest bells and whistles with a full factory warranty and it will be trouble free for many years to come. If you do your research like I did you will find this is the best lease deal in the car market today. IT CANT BE BEAT! Also, if I choose to purchase this vehicle in a few years which I probably will then that price will also be an exceptional deal as it has a great residual value which even a new Honda or Toyota can not beat. I know I checked. We recently had a 2015 Honda CRV and a 2019 Toyota Camry SE and even though we have only had our Kia Forte GT-line for a week now. The most important thing is Mom loves it! That is priceless ! More

After leaving said review Matt the sales manager then proceeded to call me and text my personal number stating he was going to leave a disparaging review on my companies website out of spite. I hope my poor review serves to inform others of my experience and showcases the type of individual you will be dealing with if you decide to purchase through them. No credibility at all and in fact will resort to sophomoric tactics to try and cover up the poor business ethics that governed their actions. Hopefully someone in the ownership group sees this and takes a corrective action and that the consumer voice matters and can’t be bullied by retaliatory action. More

I went to this dealership when it was in Hyannis for service, and came here with my 2011 Sportage for service today. Left with a new Sportage, and a lease. Left with very little buyer's remorse and my impetuosity saved me a lot of time. Did I get the best deal possible? I really do not know. And at this moment, I am happy that I own a new Sportage with AWD without hassling! Thanks, Jack and Matt for making this an enjoyable experience. More

It was a how are you today? My name is Dan. Which was awesome. After talking for a few minutes we knew we were in good hands. The whole process was quick and very professional. One of the biggest things that you'll hear from everyone at Kia is "we're here for you" and I now believe this is true. Within a week we traded in both our vehicles for new ones.
