From my initial phone call with John, to my test drive with Matt, to my financing with Lisa, the entire team was friendly, knowledgeable, upfront, honest, and a pleasure to work with! Matt checked in with me several times to keep me updated on the status of my car, and everyone in the dealership was friendly and helpful. I was there to buy one of their used cars that wasn't even a Subaru, yet I never felt liked that impacted the level of service I received. I wasn't planning on needing to buy a car this week, but I'm grateful that I bought it from the team at Fitzgerald Gaithersburg. Will definitely recommend! More

I came here 3 weeks ago and I had a bad title. They helped me reach out to fix it and helped me trade in my vehicle. I came here and they got me a 6.9% interest rate and traded my car in even though I had a lot of negative equity. These people are super heroes. Definitely give them a try More
