I absolutely felt compelled to write this review on the staff at Jaguar Land Rover in St Petersburg Fl. I reside in New Jersey and was shopping online for a late model pre-owned M3, and Jaguar Land Rover i staff at Jaguar Land Rover in St Petersburg Fl. I reside in New Jersey and was shopping online for a late model pre-owned M3, and Jaguar Land Rover in St Pete had the vehicle I was looking for! A 2018 Bmw M3! Long story short, I booked a flight to Tampa to test drive and inspect the vehicle. And I was extremely surprised at the level of customer service I received! Everyone at this dealership was phenomenal, and went "above and beyond" what I've experienced at other dealers. My sales rep "Dominic Esposito" was outstanding! I can not say enough good things about this gentleman, from arranging transportation from the airport to the dealership, to supplying me with information for Hotels close to them! I would also like to mention Robby Dereadt, "Internet Sales Manger", and TJ Muller, "Finance Manager". both are awesome gentlemen to deal with, and made sure that everything went smoothly! And I can't forget Conner Elm, who provided transportation to the airport for me! Another great person! So if you're reading this and are looking for a Jaguar, Land Rover or something pre-owned, give them a call! They just might have what you're looking for! So take a few days off, go to Tampa, and visit Jaguar Land Rover of St. Pete! I promise that you will not be disappointed! Thanks Guys for everything! If they sense that they can’t rip you off or steal your trade from you they will blow you off so they can go and find their next victim. I have had a couple of friends buy from this dealership and they have told me that not only are their sales people unprofessional but their service department is full of scammers as well. Please take our experience into consideration before you consider this dealership and buying your next vehicle. They are HORRIBLE and I would not buy from them even if they were the only Land Rover dealer in Florida. More

I was looking for a pre owned Jaguar F-Type via the internet, with low miles, black with brown interior and most of all a reasonable price and low finance rates. By the way, I was fortunate to have a great sales person named Yekaterinburg Syakov. She was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely concerned about my car purchasing experience. This was very meaningful to me and my husband. She was so helpful that we purchased two vehicles. The second car was a 2021 Range Rover Autobiography Fifty LWB. This is my husband’s dream car. Please note that all of this was conducted the same day and under no pressure from anyone. Just GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The Finance person, Anthony Coleman was SUPERB!!!! He worked diligently to obtain the deal that was fair and equitable for us. Service Department was tentative also, they made sure the cars were thoroughly prepped before we left the dealership. My husband and I departed from there very happy and appreciative of the GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE!!!! More
