We ended up taking the Jaguar XE for a test drive with Matt and he was very knowledgeable about the car. When we returned to the dealership he introduced us to his manager Mike Niezbecki who was also very nice and made us feel very comfortable. We decided to lease the car and Matt brought the car and paperwork to me at my home. We had scheduling issues so Matt was kind enough to offer. We went over every detail in the car. Matt wanted me to feel comfortable before he left. Ken Klak called me the day before with all the lease details and was also very kind and personable. I have to say buying a car at Crown Jaguar was a very good experience and I would highly recommend this Dealership and the team of gentleman that helped me decide on the beautiful car I am now driving. More
