I had preapproval and they had it as 466 miles on the website, wouldn’t take any money off for the 2871 miles actually on it at time of sale. And the front license plate was not installed and now I’m being told to bring it in an hour and a half away after my sales person promised me it would be something he could bring to our house and do even after I advised him I live an hour and a half away. The vehicle was not serviced prior to our purchase, the back was dirty even after “detailing” I told them 24 hours in advance of my preapproval and I wanted the paperwork done digitally and to sign in person for the 4 papers. I got there waited from 407p to 545p to do paperwork. After I signed, the sales person wants to inform me outside as he puts the plate in the window that they didn’t have time. What do you mean you didn’t have time, I discussed this transaction from 3p the day before and told you I’d be there to sign and go to work, you had a full business day. Now I have no front plate holder even though it’s on my included sales purchase and like an idiot I signed nothing was owed to me but yet I didn’t expect a license plate holder to not be on the front of the car.
