First scheduled appointment 2 weeks ago was a bit of a hiccup as i didn't find out that my replacement part wasn't available until I knowledgeable. Very good experience, the battery of my Cherokee died on my driveway. I called the dealership and they told me that my truck was still eligible for Road Assistance and provided me with the phone number. On my driveway.
