It was a big disappointment. The service took forever and they didn’t even vaccum the car after 3 hours of work. They said it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Hi… I bought a Lexus here last week and visited the service department Thursday to get my inspection sticker and car registration. Matthew Klein was my service quote consultant. He is personable and friendly and I am impressed and pleased with how we handled my whole experience. He was clearly quite busy, yet when we were together, I had his full attention. We discussed what they would do to my car the process in time needed. I did throw him a curveball and asked him to take off the roof crossfires: he was not expecting this yet can handle it easily and in stride at the NT even offered a car was ( I accepted :-) I have been going to dealerships for service for decades, and I’ve never been treated as well. I left feeling like a valued customer. I have some other dealership options for Lexus service that are a little more convenient, but after my experience with Matthew, I will return to the dealership for future service needs. Kevin R More
