Had a very good car purchasing experience here. Mostly smooth process. Many "mix-ups" with which specific car I was interested in and the price on it. Seamless experience from finding the car I wanted on their website, reaching out online & receiving prompt feedback, then their holding the car until I could visit the dealership and successfully comple their website, reaching out online & receiving prompt feedback, then their holding the car until I could visit the dealership and successfully complete the "deal" in a timely & efficient manner...on Friday the 13th no less! Service department effected a quick turnaround to install requested accessories and get me on my way in short order. I would highly recommend Clay Subaru and my salesman, Matthew Lidonni, as he could not have been more friendly, knowledgeable and transparent, which at at the end of the day left me feeling quite appreciative of the Clay family experience.
