Recently my 19 year old Toyota failed to operate and was placed in a situation that I "had" to purchase another vehicle. Without a second thought, immediately visited my Ford dealer. My experience with Brian Hoskins Ford was "STELLAR." Not only was I provided with a vehicle while my car was being checked, but, when reality set in that another car was in my future, everyone from service, parts and sales treated me like royalty. Ed Kovatch worked diligently with me in exploring all my options. After making my selection of a 2013 Ford Fusion and being offered several vehicles to test drive, Brian Hoskins Ford allowed me to continue driving the loaner vehicle until my color choices, exterior and interior were arranged. The delivery of my new vehicle was painless, seemless and effortless on my part. When I arrived for pickup, everything was ready. "I's" were dotted and "T's" crossed with no frustration, tension or error. As a customer,I was never asked to wait or be set aside. Full attention to my needs and desires were met. I feel compelled to share my gratitude explaining that every single employee greeted and treated me professionally and friendly. Nothing was too much to ask. My experience was wonderful. An extra delight was to witness how well all the employees worked together and seemed very happy to work to be part of the team. I also could not help but notice how clean and orderly the entire dealership was right down to the mechanics shop. I cannot speak for all auto dealers, but, Brian Hoskins Ford shined brightly. This Ford dealership should be the model for auto dealers. I do not anticipate any difficulties with my newly purchased vehicle, and when it does need service, I will happily return to my Ford dealer. It is not often that it is evident to a customer how properly run and efficient a corporation is. My experience instills that all companies and service related professions should "try" to match the excellent experience and service I received.
