Hello There My Name is Matt. I have been working at Heritage for over 2 years now and truly love what I do. I have lived in New England all my life. I moved to Vermont in 2001 to open a restaurant for the Company I worked with. Vermont became the place where I started my family. I have 2 children. My Daughter Lily who is 8 and my Son Colin who is 6. I enjoy watching all sports. I play golf and hang out with the Family on my free time. I really enjoy meeting and getting to know new people everyday. I like to make the experience of buying a vehicle as fun and relaxed as possible. It really means a lot to me when customers, their friends, and their families come back and see me when they have vehicle needs.

Huge shoutout to Matt for helping me get the perfect car for my first vehicle, I went to Heritage Toyota 3 days after I got my drivers license in search for a car that would fit me and be very reliable. I didn’t have much in mind but Matt was able to change that in no time. He was able to help me find a car within my budget and he did it in under an hour. A needle in a haystack Finding a car dealership today that is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, and truly appreciates your business is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. W that is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, and truly appreciates your business is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Well I found one! Heritage Toyota in Burlington Vermont is all of the above. I purchased my 2026 Toyota GR Supra Final Edition from them. Matt Messenger was my salesperson. He is very knowledgeable and kept me informed about my Supra during the build phase and when it was in transit. He always answered all of my questions and returned my calls. When I arrived at Heritage to pick up my Supra, the preparation and delivery of the car was exceptional. Matt introduced me to the owner, Dave. He is a super nice guy that loves collecting and working on cars. During my conversation with him I could see the enthusiasm and pride that he has for his dealership. I live 3 hrs (138 miles) from Heritage and I can honestly say the drive was well worth my effort. Heritage has my repeat business and I highly recommend them. More
