Well, luck was on our side when we walked into Acura of Berlin. Jim, is just completely amazing! His salesmanship/representation of Acura of Berlin is top notch. He’s got the best of vibes. The moment you meet him & he speaks- you just know you have someone who will be going up to bat for you. What a delight to have Jim to work with. His knowledge is impressive. We learned so much. Jim left not a one detail out. If we had a question, he had the answer.-& Instantly….with no delay or hesitation. With Jim, we found a beautiful car. We simply Love it. Ooh! Is it GORGEOUS, smooth & a comfortable ride. Not a negative to be said. No doubt meeting Jim really was a perfect day. Showing us the exact car we needed. Introducing us to the wonderful Acura of Berlin team.. We saw the way they all worked so well together. It was a no brainer! We found our car. We found our teammate & team. Jim you are impeccable. It’s such a comfort to know that there was no guesswork with you. FINALLY!! A real person. Understanding,listens,not pushy. My service experience was excellent. They kept me up to date on the progress of the service on my car, kept me up to date on expected costs and reasoning behind their recommendations. They provided a video recap of the inspection and was very clear regarding their findings and recommendations. I felt like I was treated like family. Would highly recommend this dealership to any Acura owner. More
