Matt was very helpful with no pressure. He allowed us to demo several Bronco Sports and was very helpful in going through the features! Overall it was a positive experience. I ordered a new Bronco Sport Badlands back in early April of '22. It was originally scheduled for production in June, then July and then it bounced a I ordered a new Bronco Sport Badlands back in early April of '22. It was originally scheduled for production in June, then July and then it bounced around in July a few times before finally being built in early August. It was delivered in late August. It's a great vehicle and so far no issues and a pleasure to drive. There were a few 'smudges' and spots where the transportation drivers got it dirty, one of which didn't entirely clean up. It's hard to get the best workers these days. But the overall experience was a good one for the first new vehicle I've purchased in close to 30 years. More

My wife and I came in to browse for the proverbial “shifts and wiggles,” if you will. We had no idea we’d be walking away with a beautiful new car, let alone how much fun we’d have along the way, than “shifts and wiggles,” if you will. We had no idea we’d be walking away with a beautiful new car, let alone how much fun we’d have along the way, thanks, in every part, to Matt, PJ, and the other fantastic folks at Griffon. When Matt first approached us (my wife and I were looking at window stickers and weighing whether or not we’d pop inside to ask a question or two), we exchanged “that look.” You know the one: “Oh, great… another awkward interaction with a pushy salesman.” Couldn’t have been farther off the mark. Matthew is clever, patient, friendly, and — my personal favorite quality — displays a wonderfully dry sense of humor that cracked us up more times than I can count, in our one afternoon at Griffon. We didn’t make it easy on this poor man! We were there test driving, searching, and ultimately bargaining for the entire afternoon and the better part of the evening. The entire time, Matt talked with us, kept us entertained and well hydrated while we waited to speak with one manager or another, and, perhaps best of all, he let us fall in love with our new car at our own pace without once coming off fake or “salesman-like.” In the end, Matt made a long day at the dealership a laugh-filled breeze, and he helped make sure my wife and I drove off in the perfect car for us. So, thanks Matt. You’re awesome, and I’m truly grateful that of all the lots we could’ve walked onto today, this one happened to be your stomping grounds. More
