I was browsing online for a vehicle for my wife when I came across one located at this location so I called to check availability and was connected to Maurice. He answered all of my questions and even off came across one located at this location so I called to check availability and was connected to Maurice. He answered all of my questions and even offered to drive the vehicle down to me (I'm located in North Miami). In a couple days, I was at the dealership and after a smooth experience, closed the deal for my wife's car. Easily the best dealership experience and would highly recommend. I will be returning in a couple months for my new car. More

Our client advisor was excellent. I found the 435i online while on vacation in Orlando. I reached out online and received a call and email in no time at all with the additional information I had requested. E while on vacation in Orlando. Every little detail I asked about before committing to the 2.5hr drive down to Palm Beach was addressed promptly. Our advisor even replied to text messages after hours to take care of us. The experience at the dealership was even better. We were treated like royalty from the moment we walked into the door, even though we were only looking at a used 2016 435i. It was easy to agree on a price and get the paperwork rolling. While there were some delays because of my out of state purchase, it still went quickly. I spent less than 30 minutes with the finance guy which made me happy. Even more importantly they did not push all the additional warranties for every little thing like most other dealers seem to do. More

Don’t know where to start but I can say Maurice is the best car salesman I have ever worked with. I bought a BMW X3 in December 2020, five months later Maurice still returns my calls/texts.
