I purchased this vehicle sight unseen, which made the experience even more important, and unfortunately the entire process was disappointing from start to finish. I’m still waiting on the purchasing paperwork to be emailed after multiple follow-ups with the sales representative. The finance manager called me at 10:00 p.m. asking for an additional signature, which felt unprofessional and poorly coordinated. When the car was delivered, which I arranged and paid for myself, it didn’t even have half a tank of gas. I also never received a simple thank you note or even a branded keychain acknowledging the purchase. I’ve purchased BMWs from dealerships in Georgia and Alabama, and this was by far the worst dealership experience I’ve had. The level of service fell well below what I expect from the BMW brand. More
