Personal worst experience ever with Audi, At Audi Rockville Service and Parts. I had a scheduled appointment. I deeply regret taking my vehicle there, as it only made the overall experience much more unpleasant and disappointing. Whenever I shared my experience with others, they were shocked at the level of poor service I received at Audi Rockville. I’ve visited many different dealerships before, even for non-luxury vehicles, and the service has always been much better. This experience was simply unbelievable and beyond disappointing. More

I generally receive good service at Rockville Audi. The service agents are kind, responsive and knowledgeable. I’ve had Porsche, Benz, BMW, Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles, in addition to my Etron GT. Without a doubt, the service team at Audi Rockville is the absolute worst. No one there seems to have a clue wh vehicles, in addition to my Etron GT. Without a doubt, the service team at Audi Rockville is the absolute worst. No one there seems to have a clue what they are doing. They promise things and don’t deliver. When I call to find out status, no one knows a thing. I’m left on hold for 15 minutes until I eventually hang up and call back. And this goes all the way to the top including the device manager and the GM of the dealership. I’m taking my Audi all the way to Chantilly versus ever having it touched by anyone at Audi Rockville ever again. If I could give negative stars, I would. Only time anyone in service seemed like they cared was when they suggested I buy 3 new tires and not just the one I needed. More
