What pleased me the most about your dealership and the salesperson, was that I still felt comfortable enough to reach out to Gerry when there was something this senior citizen couldn't figure out. I know there is an Owner's Manual that came with the car but I am more of a hands-on person. He's been very patient with me. I couldn't figure out how to use the Toyota app on my phone, I called Gerry and he walked me through it. I didn't realize that I had an SOS call button, called Gerry and he explained what it is and what it does, it's a great feature and I have used it now that I know what it is. Most recently, he reminded me that I needed to bring my car in for service and I now have an appointment. I find it refreshing that sales and Gerry aren't through with helping me long after the purchase. I may have other questions and I know it'll be OK to reach out to Gerry again. I have purchased/leased several vehicles from Mike. He is just the nicest guy. No pressure, very knowledgeable, friendly as can be and will do anything that he can to help you. Arthur has helped me through some tricky finance hoops. He’s very kind and understanding. This past purchased I not only dealt with Mike and Arthur, but also Sunny in financing, Emmanuel in sales and Maxwell. Sunny really helped me with some pretty stressful stuff. Emmanuel greeted me when I came into the dealership and helped me out tremendously by just being kind. Maxwell, the service manager was able to get my used vehicle certified, which was incredibly helpful. All in all, this team is great. This is the only dealership I deal with. More
