Bought a new 23 Sportage. Vehicle has refused to start 6 times in 6 months. Made an appointment for service. Called in the afternoon after check in car in at 7:45. No answer. Vehicle has refused to start 6 times in 6 months. Made an appointment for service. Called in the afternoon after check in car in at 7:45. No answer. Drove to dealership and talked to service rep. Was informed it would take 24 to 72 hours to run diagnostic. No loaner cars available. 6 days later was told my car was ready. Problem could not be found. Was told I would have to wait for a catastrophic failure to fix issue. Afraid to take it anywhere. So much for KIA service. More
