My career in the automotive industry started in 2020, as a Customer Care Rep in Sales BDC, here at Madera Chevrolet. I am now the Internet Sales/BDC Manager. I graduated from Fresno State's College of Social Sciences with my BA degree in 2020. In addition, I have 11 years of customer service experience. My background in customer service and my degree have one important thing in common, PEOPLE. I love to connect with my customers, this allows me to personalize each customer's vehicle shopping experience and in turn provide every customer with excellent and transparent customer service.
