In August of 2023, I was in the market for a Tacoma TRD OFF ROAD in lunar rock. The only dealership in VA that had this vehicle in stock was at HALL Toyota VA Beach (I live in downtown, RVA). I was a delight to shop for a car at Hall Toyata in Virginia Beach.I sales rep.wasnt in at the time of our arrival but Jake devine,Megan Douda,and Mike Manalo assitisted us very well.There was not alot Virginia Beach.I sales rep.wasnt in at the time of our arrival but Jake devine,Megan Douda,and Mike Manalo assitisted us very well.There was not alot of pressure or crowding us as we shopped the lot. I don't think they were honest. They are marking up cars that are ordered by customers but not elected to buy. So my order, which I waited months for, was "accidentally" switched colors. Megan Doudna was great to communicate and work with. I purchased a new 2021 Tacoma. I ordered it in June and it was delivered in August. She called me numerous times and kept me up to date on the status o purchased a new 2021 Tacoma. I ordered it in June and it was delivered in August.
