I've already spoken to Sammy and left a review prior to this one. But you keep asking for another one. So, I'll say it again. I'm very disappointed that you charged me $28 labor on a state inspection license plate light bulb. On top of that, when I got home, the housing wasn't even seated into the chrome bumper. It was hanging out. I was stuck in a position that I couldn't go get the $0.27 light bulb because I was leaving to go out of town and didn't have time to do it myself since you gave me no choice really. The only reason I bring my vehicle in for state inspections is that your company offers to do it for free since I purchased it from you. In fact, I've purchased 3 brand new vehicles from you over the years. The change in your company since the Southern Team take over is disappointing. It seems you are only interest in lining your pockets instead of retaining customers that have been with you since the beginning. More
