First of I went there and they knew I was coming and they closed a hour and a half early.to top this off they were very rude and said they had no idea what I was talking about When I went back next business closed a hour and a half early.to top this off they were very rude and said they had no idea what I was talking about When I went back next business day for arranged apt they were half a hour late.On top of that Megan told me to come in to test drive car and sign papers that it was a done deal they then denied my pre-approved financing and were very rude the entire experience More

Well their a little pushy but friendly about it I kinda felt like I was being pushed into buying the Nissan. Frontier truck Wich at first I really didn't want it the price was way more than what I really felt like I was being pushed into buying the Nissan. The payments now are a little to high and if I get to refinance the truck I will be extremely happy with you all the reason. Staff was friendly. We traveled from Ocean Shores and they did get a bit pushy calling to see where we were and when we would be there, that was getting a little annoyi We traveled from Ocean Shores and they did get a bit pushy calling to see where we were and when we would be there, that was getting a little annoying. It was very difficult to get to the location, its not in a good place. Would like to have seen a fully charged battery for the test drive ( we purchased a plug in hybrid) the battery was dead. We also discovered there was NO charger. They did say they would purchase one and mail it to us, they have not yet sent it to us. Would have been nice to have a full tank of gas esp since the battery was dead. No one really knew much about the car. Positive was they showed us the car fax report and the transaction only took about three hours. Car was clean. Tim our salesman was very nice and didn't give us a sales pitch that was nice. They had both cars we asked about via internet waiting and ready for us. Give the poor finance guy a nicer office!!!! Hiw about a sunny window seat!!! More
