Melanie truly went out of her way to ensure a safety recall was fixed fir me before we had to leave on a trip. I had just returned to the States from a 2 year lockdown in Australia & wanted to get my H recall was fixed fir me before we had to leave on a trip. I had just returned to the States from a 2 year lockdown in Australia & wanted to get my Hyundai safe before leaving in a couple of days for New Orleans. The dealership in Claremont told me the earliest I could get in was Mar 16, even though this was supposedly an urgent recall. After I explained my situation to Melanie she helped me out in a Big way by getting me in for service. Excellent job!! More

Service was great. Only issue was the wait time for an Oil Change was 1 3/4 hrs. I had an appointment the day before, when I arrived, I was told the wait time would be a minimum of 2 hrs. before they get Oil Change was 1 3/4 hrs. I had an appointment the day before, when I arrived, I was told the wait time would be a minimum of 2 hrs. before they get the car in. I could not wait that long. I was told to come back tomorrow at 7am when they opened, and it would be much faster. I did and it still took 1 3/4 hrs. for an oil change. Not overly Happy about that. More
