I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Land Rover Sudbury. They approached me, expressing interest in my car and even providing a seemingly high offer. However, this turned out to be misleadin Rover Sudbury. They approached me, expressing interest in my car and even providing a seemingly high offer. However, this turned out to be misleading. After making a 50-minute drive each way, they checked my car without notifying me first and reduced the offered price by $4,000, citing a minor dent. This aggressive tactic felt like a bait-and-switch, and the overall service was unprofessional. I strongly caution against engaging with them. More

After several communications with this dealer, I made an appointment to see a 2016 Range Rover. When I arrived, the sales manager said they had just sold the car an hour before. I was told they tried to cal appointment to see a 2016 Range Rover. When I arrived, the sales manager said they had just sold the car an hour before. I was told they tried to call me which was a lie. With the info I have, it’s obvious that the car was sold even before I made the appointment to see it. I rearranged my whole day to make the trip there which took up nearly half a day. I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership but won’t buy another. More
