prices for estimates of work to done are too high The service personnel are wonderful and do their job very well. But when I take my vehicle in when I have a problem that needs to be fixed I should no The service personnel are wonderful and do their job very well. But when I take my vehicle in when I have a problem that needs to be fixed I should not be charged a fee just to look what's wrong with your product. Repair prices are high enough to fix a vehicle that consumers have paid thousands of dollars for already. I have visited this service center several times and I have paid no less than $500 each time for products and service on my vehicle. I don't know if I can continue to pay that extra fee that's at least $200 or more and it does not go toward the cost of getting my vehicle fixed. You may not realize that runs a lot of business away from dealerships and they go to your other local automotive repair shops. More

Sales and Issues George was a great salesman to deal with, he even took the time to go through everything on the car for us. The issue was the deal portion. Didn't get payoff on my trade in and went by what I thought it was so we ended up having to drive an hour back to the dealership 2 days later and write a check to them for the difference of the amount i said and the actual payoff. Also, there are a lot of "hidden" fees in the paperwork for finance. So buyers beware you ask questions before signing, don't look at it later like we did. Then 2 weeks of having the car the steering froze up and the whole advance trac system failed. If I was on the road when this happened, my daughter and i could have been injured or killed. Had to have the car towed an hour (40 miles) back to Sutton and was without a car for 3 days. We were told upon purchase all recalls were fixed but after looking up the issue it was a recall on some SUVs but not all so maybe it wasn't recalled at the time. Service was fantastic though. They gave me a loaner for the 5 days, looked the vehicle over, and the issues were fixed. Melissa kept us informed on the progress. Thankfully, the issues were covered under a warranty, otherwise who knows. More
