1 Star – Disgraceful Customer Service Purchased a 2023 BMW X5 from Karma Westfield in January. After a mechanical issue forced me to sell the vehicle, I paid off the loan and requested a GAP insurance ref BMW X5 from Karma Westfield in January. After a mechanical issue forced me to sell the vehicle, I paid off the loan and requested a GAP insurance refund. Ally confirmed the refund was sent to the dealership in September. Karma Westfield has withheld the funds despite receiving all documentation. They ignore emails, dodge calls, and offer weak excuses like being “away from the desk.” Absolutely unacceptable behavior—buyers beware. More
