We liked everything about this dealership, but it needs a coffee pot for customers. The chip on the top of the back bumper was not repaired at the time of delivery; nor was the rubber molding on the front pa coffee pot for customers. Andrea was very pleasant to work with, really appreciated her friendly and supportive approach to get the process completed. Both Andrea and the dealership - Karma Westfield- in general was a novel experienc her friendly and supportive approach to get the process completed. Both Andrea and the dealership - Karma Westfield- in general was a novel experience with a very warm, open and pleasantly casual environment (definitely not the usual on-your-face car dealership!).
