Merchants customer service is the best. It's not just cause I walked in 3 years ago thinking I won't get car well I wrong. I did and it was buy here pay here deal 2007 car was great. These guys took excellent care of me during the 4th of July My SUV started running a little rough on the 4th of July weekend so I took it over to Merchants (where I purchased the vehicle) and Jim - Service Mgr My SUV started running a little rough on the 4th of July weekend so I took it over to Merchants (where I purchased the vehicle) and Jim - Service Mgr took my vehicle in for service, got me a rental, and within a few hours called me to tell me that my SUV was fixed. These guys treated me with a sense of urgency, returned my SUV and even took my rental back on a Sunday. I'll always bring my business to Merchants! More

We walked in and Rich Interrante walked up and greeted us . There was no pressure and he was the nicest guy. He told us all about the loans and that he would do everything in his power for her to walk out with a car today! We were very happy, the loan process was fast and informative. Rich picked out the car, a Mazda 2, and we took it for a test drive. Well my daughter fell in love and bought it. She told him the year and price she was looking for and he got it for her. Great Personal Service I knew it was time for me to get another vehicle, so because of the great service I received the last time I was at Merchants Auto, I thought I would I knew it was time for me to get another vehicle, so because of the great service I received the last time I was at Merchants Auto, I thought I would try my luck there. The Salesperson, Mike Amburg gave me great professional and personal service in finding the right vehicle. In this case, I saw the 2011 Chevrolet Malibu LS on sale via the internet. Surprisingly, I was able to get the Malibu thanks to my consistent car payments. Mark was great in helping me get this new used car. I am so excited!! I highly recommend Merchants Auto and Mike Amsburg (in particular) at this Dealership! More

Here? Not the case, within the hour of arriving with the worst credit I've ever had, and my lease ending, we were spoken to, our goals spelled out, and a shoe-string budget we were put into a great car, low mileage, great payments and warranty. Such a totally positive experience! I heard of merchants auto dealership like many people do, on the radio. Even though they advertised that thy can finance people with bad credit, I was I heard of merchants auto dealership like many people do, on the radio. Even though they advertised that thy can finance people with bad credit, I was skeptical. After being denied by a different buy here pay here place in NH,I felt completely defeated and thought no one would be able to help me. I decided to try merchants auto and it was an excellent decision! Andre was my salesman and he was completely professional and I felt that he and the whole crew had my best interest at heart. When I finally arrived there( in a tow truck because my old car couldn't even make it there,) I was greeted with enthusiasm and made very comfortable. Everyone got to work to get me approved and to my surprise I was approved! For a person with bad credit, that feels like winning the lottery. When it came time to go for a test drive Andre asked me what I was looking for. In the past, many times the salesman would always steer me toward the car that he wanted to sell me. But Andre listened to me and he helped me find the perfect car for me with a payment that I can handle. This was the first positive experience I have ever had with a used car dealership. After everything was wrapping up it was time to get insurance. When Andre learned what one insurance company had quoted me, he suggested that I let him call a different insurance company to see if he could get me a better quote and he did just that. Thank you Andre and everyone at merchants auto for going above and beyond what you had to do to make me feel comfortable and help me in a stressful situation! More

Jim and Scott made the experience pleasant! Will definitely go back for our next car they are super and make you feel right at home throughout the whole experience. I even got a free gas voucher and a new remote car starter. I am wowed! I broke off the gas cover on the car when I went to get the gas and the Service Dept. made an appointment within 2 days for me and I was in/out within a half an hour no charge! These guys know their stuff and they Rock! More
