I am very pleased with the service and attention I received from both my salesman, Merrell Middleton, and from Sloan, who helped me learn more about how to operate the Blue Tooth GPS. I have recommen received from both my salesman, Merrell Middleton, and from Sloan, who helped me learn more about how to operate the Blue Tooth GPS. I have recommended both of them to several of my friends. Also, I would like to express my appreciation to Kathy Maki, who is now with Northside Lexus, but I met her at Westside, before she transferred. Kathy was also a great help to me with the GPS screen in my 2019 ES350, that did NOT have the Blue Tooth! I actually called her to help me buy a new car and she referred me to Merrell Middleton. More

Steve Machsnn is everything that you can ask for in a sales person. He took his time to show me little things in the car that I had no idea it had when I had another sales person. He just seemed like he didn’t have time to talk to me or to deal with me on any type of service or discounts anytime when I ask for new sales person, you guys are always connecting me back to that guy.
