Avoid this dealer if you can, poor service, they don't care about customer's experience at all, they kept my car for 13 days for services without offering loaner or rental car options, I am not using this care about customer's experience at all, they kept my car for 13 days for services without offering loaner or rental car options, I am not using this dealer again, they lost a customer for sure. I purchased my 2018 Jeep Wrangler in December, 2022 and have nothing but problems. I’ve contacted the dealership on a monthly basis and no one ever calls me back. When I brought the vehicle at my local dea have nothing but problems. I’ve contacted the dealership on a monthly basis and no one ever calls me back. When I brought the vehicle at my local dealership in it had over 80 error codes, however the electrical issue cannot be resolved. The platinum warranty that was sold doesn’t cover any of the work because they cannot diagnose the issue. The last conversation I had with the customer service representative was terrible and she apologized for my “feelings” regarding the vehicle situation. I told her my vehicle situation was based on facts and I was contacting the BBB. Do NOT buy from this dealership they are the worst! More

She got us all covered with a full wrapped warranty on our RAM (and maintenance and tire and wheel protection, too) Can’t say enough great things about the team here. Ask for Joey and Kissy when you stop in. More

The dealership was very professional from the time we walked in the front door. Michael saw us standing in the middle of the showroom and asked if we needed help. From there, Zach took great care of us. walked in the front door. Michael saw us standing in the middle of the showroom and asked if we needed help. From there, Zach took great care of us. Very informative and thorough in answering our questions, but never pushy. Zach also took the time to compare the available vehicles which had the features we were looking for. All of this lead to us being able to make a deal and drive home our very first Jeep! More
