We bought a 2022 Bronco Badlands Sasquatch from Miller Motors in Burlington. Our salesperson, Michael Asencio, did an excellent job selling us this vehicle. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, Motors in Burlington. Our salesperson, Michael Asencio, did an excellent job selling us this vehicle. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. He worked with us to show us vehicles within our budget. He never pressured us, just asked what he could do to make the sale happen. Mike, and Brandon Cooper, worked together to get our monthly payments where they needed to be. Mike went with us on a test drive and told us about the features in the vehicle. He even spoke on the phone for us to get our credit info unlocked (a lengthy process). Mike engaged in friendly conversation with us during periods of waiting even though he wasn’t feeling the best with an ending cold. There is nothing like feeling like you made the right choice. Used cars cost a lot these days and it would be easy to second guess one's decision...but not this one. Mike Asencio through his knowledge o choice. Used cars cost a lot these days and it would be easy to second guess one's decision...but not this one. Mike Asencio through his knowledge of the Ford truck that I was considering and his explanation of the value relative to the vehicle cost was reassuring. But, I didn't experience a bit of sales pressure. Honestly, I'm a salesman and I didn't sense like he was closing a sale on me at all! Also, his own positive comments about the Miller Motors dealership was also very important. I trust this ethical dealer and will buy my next car from them in the future. More
