This was my second experience with Coast Honda and this time around, I had the pleasure of working with Mike Campbell. He was such a big help from the first conversation we had until I drove off the lot wi time around, I had the pleasure of working with Mike Campbell. He was such a big help from the first conversation we had until I drove off the lot with my NEW car! He was informative and knowledgable about the MULTIPLE cars I was considering and he was never unavailable. He was also helpful in setting up my car settings when I finally did decide to buy. He was able to teach me about all the "fun" benefits of the car including how to use bluetooth, set a background, and play music! Thanks so much Mike! HERE WE GO! Katrina Abramson More

This dealer makes everything easy. Whether it be sales or service the entire team works together to make the experience simple. I also have an Acura that I take to this dealer for service and they always do service the entire team works together to make the experience simple. I most recently dealt with Mike Campbell who worked very hard to have my options prepared and ensured the best value for my family. Thanks Mike! Mike approached us in the showroom with a very friendly but not pushy attitude. This was a "first-car" buying experience and he balanced the need to make it special with strong product knowledge. We left without buying since we needed to compare other vehicles but he left a mark with his commitment to deliver excellent value and service if the CIVIC was the "right" vehicle. By the end of the day, we knew it was the "one" and he delivered on his promises without even having to come back in. The whole process was very quick and efficient and he even made picking up the car fun. This was an awesome buying experience for everyone. Thanks Mike! More

The lease on our 2009 Honda Oddessy was coming up and Mike contacted us to discuss options available regarding our situation. From the beginning of the relationship to the end result I could not have been happier. Mike made the whole experience regarding our transition to a new car smooth, easy and hassle-free. I could not have asked for a better sales associate to work with. Coast Honda is lucky to have such an amazing representative such as Mike who truly understands that top customer service is the key to maintaining a strong customer relationship! I went there just to see what my options were on trading in my 2011 Honda Fit for a 2012 Honda coupe. I had never done this before by trading in a brand new car that wasn't paid off yet.I was treated very professionally and respectfully. My salesman, Mike Campbell, explained everything well and I never felt pressured into making a decision. I ended up getting a very fair deal and now I have a brand new 2012 Honda coupe that I love! I would highly recommend Coast Honda to my family and friends. More

My wife and I have been to four dealerships before deciding from whom to purchase our new C-RV. Chris Voigt was our salesman. We found him to be a consummate one. He was knowledgeable about the ve deciding from whom to purchase our new C-RV. Chris Voigt was our salesman. We found him to be a consummate one. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, thorough in his business, friendly and often times humorous, and indeed quite patient. I wonder if “pressure” is in his vocabulary. And I believe that we got a good price overall. Another salesman we came in contact with was Mike Campbell. We had difficulty “programming” Bluetooth to communicate with my wife’s cellphone due to the phone’s outdated software, so Chris requested Mike to help us. Mike seemed to be a technology “guru”. Not only does Mike know his business and was able to solve the problem, but was quite gracious about it. We understood that he had just returned from having dental surgery, yet he was easygoing and articulate. Thank you Coast Honda for a very positive buying experience. I cannot comment on your service department because we have not had any experience with them. More
