I recently had the pleasure of working with Elvis Blohm at New Century BMW, and I must say that he exceeded all of my expectations. One of the things that impressed me the most about Elvis was his ability to give me the best deal possible. He worked tirelessly to ensure that I got the best price for the new car I was purchasing. He was also very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. What really set Elvis apart, however, was his handling of my personal needs during the car-buying process, be it the customizations I desired or arranging for a ride to his dealership which was ~3hr away from my place. Elvis was incredibly understanding and accommodating to my needs. Another thing that I appreciated about Elvis was that he was not pushy or aggressive in his sales tactics. He let me take the lead and never tried to pressure me into making a decision that I wasn't comfortable with. This made the overall experience much more enjoyable and stress-free. Had a great 2nd buying experience at New Century BMW- bought my 3 series from them in 2020; they were great and the car was everything I'd hoped for- so it was important to me to go back to them for my n bought my 3 series from them in 2020; they were great and the car was everything I'd hoped for- so it was important to me to go back to them for my next one. My loyalty was repaid by New Century BMW and Elvis Blohm. I really wanted Z4- and the perfect on popped up as in-transit on their site. I reached out and Elvis got back to me quickly with a timeline for it to arrive. He helped set it aside so no one else would swoop in and get it before I arrived and kept me in the loop through any transportation delays. They day it got in, he let me know immediately- I went in for a test drive and was out with my car in just a couple hours. Great experience- I could have given up and gone to a dealer that already had one in stock- but Elvis and team proved trustable and got me the one I really wanted. Thanks! More
